Position Responsibilities

  • Leads marketing initiatives and development of business development tools
  • Leads development of recruiting tools
  • Leads (manager) or supports (associate) agency strategic planning
  • Leads (manager) or supports (associate) marketing planning    
  • Leads regular marketing team meetings
  • Develops, tracks and manages marketing budget
  • Supports new business activities as needed 

 

Talent & Knack

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the marketing, or communications field
  • Previous employment with B2B agency and/or marketing team
  • Self-directed with excellent problem solving/critical thinking skills
  • Superior written communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Good financial awareness and an ability to manage department budget and jobs 
  • Experience using Hootsuite, WordPress and InDesign or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
